By using this site — including tools, My Garage, Amp, the blog, Early Access signup, or dealer pages — you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Soft launch does not make right-fit EV shortlists or dealer quote marketplace features generally available yet.

Acceptance of Terms

Agreement to Terms. By accessing or using the EVolution Hub website or services ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Who we are. The EVolution Hub is operated by Boolean Array Canada ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms govern theevolutionhub.com and associated soft-launch and future services.

Changes. We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page (and may be emailed when we have your address). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Soft Launch & Service Description

What is live. During soft launch, the Platform offers: (a) free Ontario-focused EV owner tools and guides (for example charging rate comparison, Charging Stations with Community Rate Scout, My Garage, charger install planning, winter range and related planners); (b) Amp, an on-site guide that helps you navigate tools and Early Access; (c) a public editorial blog; (d) Early Access waitlist signup for future right-fit EV experiences; (e) dealer partner landing / apply pages; and (f) optional consumer accounts (email/password, magic link, and Google when enabled).

What is not generally available yet. Right-fit EV shortlists, EV database / compare browsing, lease document OCR scanning, concierge, insurance estimator, and consumer quote marketplace / Deal Room are not generally available on production soft launch. Staging or internal environments may show unfinished features; availability there does not mean they are live for the public site.

Early Access waitlist. Joining Early Access does not guarantee launch timing, pricing, feature set, or dealer availability. Waitlist membership is not required to use public tools or My Garage.

Eligibility & Accounts

Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, join Early Access, or submit dealer applications. By doing so, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account accuracy & security. Provide accurate information when creating an account or applying as a dealer. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Dealer accounts. Dealer Hub access, when offered, requires valid business information and compliance with any Dealer Partner Agreement. Dealers represent that they hold required licences to sell or lease vehicles in their operating jurisdiction.

Tools, Calculators & Guides

Informational only. Tool outputs (rates, range, emissions, incentives, panel estimates, tax write-off illustrations, trip costs, and similar) are estimates for education and planning. They are not financial, legal, tax, insurance, electrical, or purchasing advice, and are not binding quotes from utilities, governments, dealers, or us.

Community Rate Scout. Crowdsourced public charging prices are community estimates only. They may be wrong, outdated, or membership-specific. Always confirm the price on the charger or network app before starting a session. Do not submit false reports. We may rate-limit, hide, or remove abusive contributions.

Electrical & safety. Charger install and panel-related tools do not authorize DIY high-voltage work. Engage an ESA-licensed electrician (or equivalent licensed professional in your jurisdiction) and follow applicable codes. You are responsible for verifying utility rates, incentives, and site conditions.

Third-party data. Maps, station listings, rate structures, incentives, and similar data may come from third parties or public sources and can be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm critical details before acting.

Amp & Blog

Amp site guide. Amp helps you find tools and Early Access information. It is not a salesperson and must not be treated as inventing MSRP, lease payments, dealer offers, incentive guarantees, or binding advice. Amp answers can be wrong or incomplete; verify important decisions independently.

Blog content. Blog posts are editorial and educational. They are not professional advice. Human approval is required before publication of AI-assisted drafts; posts may still contain errors or become outdated.

My Garage & User Content

Your garage data. Signed-in My Garage may store vehicles, preferences, notes, reminders, and documents you choose to save. You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to the licence below needed to operate the service.

Acceptable use of uploads. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or poses security risk.

Future Right-Fit EV & Dealer Features

When available. If and when right-fit EV shortlists, lease scanning, concierge, or quote / lead features become available, recommendations and estimates remain informational only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or purchasing advice.

Lead & quote consent. Submitting a lead or quote request (when offered) constitutes consent to be contacted by the dealer(s) you select or are matched with, using the contact details you provide, about that inquiry. We do not share Early Access waitlist emails with dealers for sales outreach.

No guaranteed transaction. The Platform may facilitate introductions. We do not guarantee vehicle availability, pricing, incentives, or completion of any purchase, lease, or install.

Independent dealers. Dealers are independent businesses. Boolean Array Canada is not responsible for dealer conduct, representations, or transactions. Disputes about a vehicle or install are between you and the dealer or contractor.

Lease scanning (when offered). If lease OCR or similar document tools launch, extracted fields may contain errors. You must verify all extracted information against the original document.

Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

Permitted use. Use the Platform for lawful personal research and planning related to EV ownership in Canada, or for authorized dealer partnership activity. Do not use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

Prohibited conduct. You may not: (a) scrape or systematically extract data; (b) reverse-engineer algorithms or circumvent security; (c) submit false information; (d) harass, spam, or defraud others; (e) abuse Amp, tools, or APIs with automated bulk requests that degrade the service; (f) use the Platform to provide regulated advice you are not licensed to give while implying we endorse it.

Subscriptions & Payments

Consumer soft launch. Public tools, blog reading, Amp, and Early Access signup are offered without a consumer subscription fee during soft launch unless we clearly state otherwise for a specific feature.

Dealer subscriptions. When Dealer Hub premium features are offered, fees may apply in Canadian dollars as stated at signup. Billing may use Stripe. Cancellation and refund terms will be those disclosed at purchase and in any Dealer Partner Agreement; unused lead credits (if used) are typically non-refundable once consumed.

Intellectual Property

Platform ownership. Content, branding, software, tools, Amp, blog presentation, and Platform features are owned by Boolean Array Canada or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Limited licence. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or written permission.

User content licence. By submitting content (garage uploads, dealer profile material, contact messages, glossary/FAQ suggestions), you grant Boolean Array Canada a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Platform.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

As-is service. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boolean Array Canada shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Maximum liability. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) CAD $100.

Governing Law & Disputes

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute resolution. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, except where prohibited by law.

Class action waiver. Where permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
