This Cookie Policy explains how the EVolution Hub (Boolean Array Canada) uses cookies and similar technologies on theevolutionhub.com during soft launch. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What soft launch includes

Live surfaces include free Ontario EV tools, My Garage (optional sign-in), Amp, the public blog, Early Access waitlist signup, dealer partner pages, and contact forms. Right-fit EV shortlists and dealer quote marketplace features are not generally available on production yet; if they later use additional cookies, we will update this page.

Essential cookies

We use cookies and similar storage needed for security, load balancing, and core functionality — including keeping you signed in (session / auth cookies via our auth provider), remembering that you submitted Early Access in this browser where applicable, and protecting forms from abuse. These are required for the features you request; blocking them may break sign-in or account-backed tools such as My Garage.

Preferences & local storage

Some tools may store preferences or draft inputs in your browser (for example locale or recent calculator settings) so the experience works across page views. This data stays on your device unless you are signed in and choose to save it to your account (as with My Garage).

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

When analytics are enabled on the live site, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic — pages viewed, referrers, device type, and approximate geography. Google may set cookies or use similar identifiers only after you Accept analytics on the cookie banner (or if you previously accepted). Declining keeps essential cookies only. IP anonymization is requested where supported. We do not sell personal information. You can also limit analytics via browser controls, Google's ads / analytics opt-out tools, or by contacting us. To see the banner again, clear site data for theevolutionhub.com (removes the stored preference).

Sign-in with Google

If you choose Google sign-in, Google may set its own cookies as part of authentication. That flow is governed by Google's terms and privacy policy in addition to ours. We receive account identifiers needed to create or link your EVolution Hub account.

Amp & third-party embeds

Amp runs as part of our site and does not require a separate advertising cookie wall. Embedded maps or fonts loaded from third-party CDNs may allow those providers to receive technical request data (such as IP address) when their resources load.

Early Access & accounts

Submitting your email for Early Access stores your address so we can notify you about product availability. That waitlist data is not shared with dealers for sales outreach. Creating an account for My Garage or related features uses essential auth cookies as described above.

Community Rate Scout

Price reports use essential abuse-prevention signals (hashed IP) and do not require an account. Optional sign-in may associate reports with your account for trust weighting. See the Privacy Policy for details.
